HOW DOES IT WORK?
ONBOARDING
Upon starting, you will receive a complete fitness questionnaire. This questionnaire provides me with all the information I need to create your Personal Online Training and Nutrition Programme.

WELCOME VIDEO
Once I’ve created your plan, I’ll send you an in-depth video taking you through it. During this video, I’ll take you through the goals and specifics required to obtain the best possible results!

BESPOKE TRAINING AND NUTRITION PLAN
At Hidden Athlete I pride myself on providing non-generic fully customised training programmes. These draw from years of experience and are research-based and specifically designed to cater to the exacts needs of your sport. Along with that, I will completely remove the nutrition guesswork! You'll know exactly how many calories, protein, carbohydrates and fats you should be consuming each day. You'll know what foods to eat, as well as when and what to eat to optimise your training, performance and recovery.

TECHNIQUE ANALYSIS
Whilst training, it is crucial to ensure that you are performing all exercises and drills correctly to ensure maximum results. You will be able to send over any videos of you performing your programme for analysis. Along with this you can send over videos of you doing your sport so I can see how your body is adapting to your training.

WEEKLY CHECK-INS AND FEEDBACK VIDEOS
At the end of each week you will receive a check-in form which will be your time to inform us of anything you might be struggling with, your likes, dislikes, any changes that might be required, your energy levels, mood, sleep, performance etc. Alternatively, you can check in by sending me a video update – summarising your week via video can make it easier to convey thoughts and feelings. Using this information, along with your exercise and diet tracking, I'll provide you with an in-depth personalised feedback video or reply via written message depending on your preference.

24/7 SUPPORT
As well as receiving regular feedback, you'll also be able to message me directly via the Hidden Athlete Training app at any time.
