How much does online fitness coaching cost?
Depending on your goals, it's either £199 per month, £499 for three months (£166 per month) or £849 for 6 months (£141 per month) to hire me as your full-time Online Coach / Nutritional advisor. What does it involve?
It involves truly bespoke training and nutrition programming, frequent support via in-app messenger and regular feedback via video or written feedback. But, most importantly, you'll be signing up to work directly with me. I pride myself on my track record in producing amazing results and supporting my clients every step of the way! What do you do?
I specialise in helping people of all ability levels get fitter for the sport they love to do. No matter if its training for your first marathon, a skiing holiday or wanting to improve their golf swing speed, I work with you to ensure that you are in the best possible shape to perform.

I'm a beginner, will this be suitable for me?
Absolutely, when I create your plan, I'll keep in mind both your level of experience and your goals. I work with beginners to advanced lifters. Upon sign up, you'll be required to complete a questionnaire; this will provide me with all the information I need to design your plan. If you're a beginner, I'm going to ensure you achieve fantastic results in the quickest possible time and eliminate the guesswork. If you're an advanced lifter/athlete, then I'm going to ensure I take your training and knowledge to the next level.

Will I need a gym membership?
For optimal results a gym membership is recommended but NOT ESSENTIAL. No matter your situation, I will be able to work around you and create your custom programme to fit around YOUR needs.

Will my plan be truely customised?
Yes! Everyone is different; therefore, everyone will receive a fully customised/bespoke training and nutrition plan. I do NOT offer any cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all training or diet plans. Before we begin training, you'll be required to complete a questionnaire that will provide me with all the information I need to create your plan. Once I've created your programme, I'll send you a detailed video taking you through your plan and explaining you programme in depth.

How will I know if I'm doing the exercises correctly?
Each exercise is accompanied by a video demo and key coaching points. Additional, any exercise you're still unsure of, you can record yourself performing that exercises and forward it to me. Then, I'll be able to critique your form and let you know of any changes that need to be made.

Will we be doing Skype, FaceTime or Zoom sessions?
Your training sessions won't be done via Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime. You'll be supplied with a bespoke training plan and a personalised video explaining it – you'll know what you need to do during each session. I'll ensure all aspects of your training and nutrition are optimised, this is different to fitness instruction or online classes where the focus is solely on the just the workout. You'll receive a significant amount of support, including unlimited text support, check-ins and personalised video or written feedback.

Your check-ins can be sent via video – summarising your week via video can make it easier to convey thoughts and feelings. Using this information, along with your exercise and diet tracking, I'll provide you with personalised video response/feedback. This video exchange allows for a very unique, communicative and truly one-to-one approach to online fitness coaching.

How will I track my workout?
You'll be logging your sessions either via mobile or desktop, every rep, set, weight used, distance covered, and time taken will be tracked and synced instantaneously using the Hidden Athlete Coaching app. I'll then go through this data and progress made via your weekly video feedback or written feedback.

How will you track my progress?
I'll measure your progress via many metrics, such as progress in strength, performance in your sport, endurance, mobility, measurements, scale weight, and assessing body composition changes via progress photos. Full measurements and progress photos are done every four weeks, other metrics like strength and weight I'll track each week.

Will I need to train every day?
No, I'll design a plan to fit around your lifestyle. Most of my clients train 3 to 4 times per week, but I have clients who train once per week and have others who train over seven times per week. I'll design the plan around what is optimal whilst ensuring it's realistic.

What is your cancellation policy?
The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time, and the same applies to the three-month and six month packages following the initial payment. You can cancel directly or I can cancel it for you, at your request. Once you cancel, you will not be charged again and will be able to continue the service until the end of your current payment period.
