Every sport requires very different training approaches and exercises to be able to perform to a good level. Everyone's body is also completely unique and takes to exercises very differently, so in order to get you performing to YOUR best possible standard I developed the 3F System which combines 3 core elements; FITNESS, FUEL and FOCUS.

FITNESS

No matter what sport you play or activity you do, your body needs to be strong , resilient and able to withstand the demands that are placed on it without breaking down and getting injured. By having a FULLY CUSTOMISED TRAINING PROGRAMME covering a mixture of resistance training, balance work, reactive drills and mobility routines we will help your body overcome any previous injuries and become much better at learning and refining the skills you need for your sport. 

FUEL

Nutrition is vital when it comes to maximising not only your training but ensuring that your body has everything it needs to develop and grow. From calorie intake and macro nutrient ratios to supplementation and hydration, your CUSTOM MEAL PLAN will help you to learn what you need to perform and recover optimally. You'll know how to give your body exactly the fuel to benefit your mindset, sleep, energy levels and overall health.

FOCUS

Anyone who does sport knows how important mindset and focus is to be able to achieve and get better. Having the right thought processes, beliefs and habits in place is the foundation that everything else is built on. Through 24/7 messaging and WEEKLY CHECK-INS we will work together side by side to build a rock solid mindset that will keep you on track with your fitness and keep you consistent in your journey to becoming stronger and better.
